Once you have been approved as a member of the Channel Partner Programme you will be given access to the secure site where you can login and claim.

To make a claim follow these Four easy steps.

Step 1 - Secure Site Login here

Step 2 - Enter your unique username and password

Step 3 - Select the model number

Step 4 - Enter the serial number

When you have completed your successful claim you will receive a reference number for your records.  Use this number to reconcile your claims and/or Qantas Frequent Flyer claims.  This number will also be useful when making enquiries.
